What should you do if something goes wrong?

If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of our service, please tell me so that we can try to fix the problem.

If we cannot agree on how to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may contact Insure 247 Ltd on 098873293 and ask for the matter to be referred to the Complaints Officer. 

Your complaint will be acknowledged in writing and we will endeavour to resolve the issue within 20 working days.

If we still cannot agree on how to fix the issue, or if you decide not to use the internal complaints service, you can contact Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme. This service will cost you nothing and will help us resolve any disagreements.
