As you know, this is a difficult and uncertain time as the COVID-19 virus continues to spread and impact our communities.

Like most organisations, Insure 247 has been reviewing its ways of working to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers, people, partners and suppliers and so have made some adjustments to our business operations to ensure we minimise any potential risks in this current environment. As a result, we;

· will not be conducting face to face meetings for the time being and will be contacting you via phone and email to review your insurance needs prior to the renewal date. Generally, this will only take a few minutes of your time and will ensure we continue to provide you appropriate covers.

· may not have our offices attended, as our team may be working remotely, however, we remain contactable via phone and email

· will continue to send your renewals to you and provide you the insurance advice to help you, your family and your business through this difficult period.

· will attempt to send as much information as possible via your email, as posting documents may prove difficult.  If an email is not available and posting becomes an issue, we will sms your policy details to you, and where available send you photos (via mobile phone) of your insurance information.
